Design description: The “A Horrible Rant For Horrible Women” is a cursive script of the following “rant”: "I’M A HORRIBLE WOMAN and I make content for other Horrible Women, and if you need motivation to go out there and be difficult and non-compliant today, I’d like you to think about what it must be like to go through life getting out of doing things you don’t want to do by pretending to be too stupid to know, and not only having women do it for you but also having them continue to treat you with respect as if you haven’t cultivated a reputation for yourself as being an incompetent fool. If you’re struggling with feelings of guilt and shame, or you’re feeling like you’re “too much,” today, I would like you to remember that there are men out there who have never had to do anything with excellence or even with average ability because they only had to pretend to be too stupid to do something so that a woman would do it instead. These women in their house have been doing it every single day of their lives, and I want you to remember that the men who are considered exceptional and brilliant are only exceptional because of how much we let them get away with. I want you to remember that a man could walk into a room of women and say “I need a useless fucking idea” because radical feminism was too hard and too fast and too strong. They didn’t want that. He said, “let me repackage it in a way that makes it sound palatable to men.” And he got rich. And he got respected. And he got the New York Times Best Seller list. And he got brand deals. And he got a movie. And he got all of this while doing less labour by pretending to be too stupid to do the seriously hard work. And he received adoration while women who’ve done it more explicitly, more thoroughly, more genuinely, more deeply, have been punished. So, if you’re afraid of being too much today, I hope you have the courage to go out there and be ugly and unloveable and difficult and selfish and defiant. I hope that there are parts of you that selfishly and unabashedly build a life that better suits one single woman."
