All items are created upon order. As such, please allow 7 to 28 business days for delivery. This timeframe accounts for production, handling, and shipping- but will vary depending where in the world you are.

Returns 

As each item is custom made just for you, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will make it right in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at horriblemeanbadwomanshop@gmail.com

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Photographic evidence of the fault or damage
  • Your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major product failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to Start a Return for Faulty Items

  3. If eligible, a refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for this to appear in your account.
